SP Realty is a boutique New York City real estate firm serving high-net-worth individuals and a celebrity clientele, they required a high calibr website where presentation is paramount. The design challenge was to translate their ethos into a digital experience that feels refined, confident, but intentionally understated.
We designed a minimalist interface that removes visual noise and prioritizes immersive, high-impact property imagery. The layout is deliberate to allow listings to command attention with minimal UX friction. Every interaction is streamlined for a sophisticated audience.
Beyond aesthetics, the platform is built for operational flexibility. Brokers are empowered with a custom backend to create and manage exclusive listings with full control over presentation and content. A secure, members only portal enables the sharing of sensitive documents, investor materials, and off-market opportunities.
The result is a site that balances elegance with functionality—serving both as a marketing showcase and a practical tool for high endtransactions.

PAAO
The aircraft appraisal industry is highly specialized, data centric and notoriously fragmented. So when PAAO - who is the largest and only organization that is focused exclusively on the evaluation and documentation of aircraft - engaged our team to build the next generation of their core platform, the mandate was clear: bring structure, accuracy, and intelligence to an ecosystem reliant on all three.
We began by immersing ourselves in a deeply technical domain, translating complex aviation terminology and methodologies into a coherent digital workflow. Our platform was architected to guide users through a multi-step evaluation process that balances usability with data visibility with an emphasis on not compromising precision.
At its core, our system leverages advanced data engineering and AI-driven models to aggregate, normalize, and reconcile vast volumes of fragmented public and proprietary data. We built custom tools to validate and interlink these data points, forming a reliable repository of “known truth” that underpins our appraisal engine. This foundation not only improves consistency and auditability but also enables more accurate outcomes.
A complex component of our build is an engine that transforms historical and real-time data into predictive models, supporting greater accuracy. Our system is gaining recognition within the tight-knit aviation community as a toolset empowering PAAO to produce some of the most accurate and trusted aircraft valuation reports in the industry.

Brixbid is a concept web development solution that connects renters with landlords in an auction environment that arbitrates the market and provides true pricing transparency.
The website runs on our proprietary developed auction bidding engine which is fully integrated; payment gateway, Docusign electronic lease origination and integration, Credit Reporting API all to achieve seamless end-to-end document processing.
This is a highly complex, transactive webdesign project with lots going on behind the pretty picture.
Espresso Cafe
La Dolce Vita! Espresso Cafe brings Filicori Italian roasted coffee, fresh baked pastries, sandwiches and their own store-made chocolates to the the offices of the hungry and busy workers of New York.
Our photographer and art director carefully shot all of the website images to create an exquisitely rich and intense visual experience to match their food. A simple design, but the construct, the creation and placement of the images and messaging (UI/UX) are what make this a success.
HaloBoost
HaloBoost is an intricate crowdfunding platform with a twist; every pledge made gives 5% of the proceeds to charity! HaloBoost is another of our 2x award winning website projects giving recognition to a successful highly customized web development solution.
The UI/UX challenge is to allow each crowdfunder to create a unique project while ensuring a smooth user experience. In addition, the Stripe Payment Gateway integration includes a 3-way split; one of their allowed exceptions.
